Is it possible to play music from the MOH source between the first ran recording ending and the beginning of the 2nd ran recording on a BCM 3.7 with the Professional Call Center application?

Playing MOH between Recorded Annoucements

Yes - during the distribute step in the routing tables, you will hear the MOH source. If you have it set to play greeting 1, distribute for 45 seconds (or whatever), then play greeting 2, they will hear MOH during the time they are in the distribute phase.
