Playing IVR based on query result

Hi All,

Please let me know how to fulfil this requirement below

I have a database with two fields, Caller Ph#, Product(Product A, Proudct B)
When customer call in, i have to check which product customer has(A or B) and play related IVR
Ex: If caller PH# belongs to product A, Play Product A IVR
Ex: If caller PH# belongs to product B, Play Product B IVR

Thanks in advance
