We have 8.88 storage centre
cls is at 8.9
new voip logger at 9
We recently moved a off shore operation to a new site.
We imported the cls database into a new cls with the new voip logger.
We can search for the calls as the cls database is all present but when we try to play the call the cls doesn't find the call although teh path to the storage centre is present.
any ideas? Nice are saying t upgrade the storage centre but I think this is bull
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
