PLAYING AN MPEG

I have a link to an mpeg. Once its uploaded and you click on it, it will only play 15sec of the movie. If you click on it again it plays the whole thing.

How do i get the movie to play through all the way? Why is this happening

i think the problem is the movie isnt loading up the whole thing before it starts playing. Because the second time it always plays the whole thing.

Autoplay is true and your mpg, touchtoday3, is 3.58mgb and I can only get around 5kbps download therefore the problem seems to be that the film starts before it has finished downloading so it stalls. Turn off autoplay and let the user decide when to start it.

can you check it out again? I took autoplay off. Im not sure if i m still having the same problem?
