Playing a recorded message on a page group

One of my sites is requesting a way to play a pre-recorded message to over-overhead speakers using either an analog or SIP interface. Does anyone have experience? Currently their devices are set up with Crisis-Alert, but they would prefer to have a recording play over a page group or out to overhead speakers.

What are your Avaya end devices? 9611G h323 or SIP? More than likely you will need to use a 3rd party solution in order to play a recording. I've used singlewire for Cisco phones. You may want to confirm if Avaya phone systems are still supported.

Algo speakers register as SIP devices and can play pre-recorded WAVs

Maybe the blast conference with a VDN/vector playing the announcement would work.
