play wav file if browser = netscape

im working on a HUGE website, but unfortunately, the layout is only viewable in windows explorer, but i havent tried it in NN6 though...
anywho, I need to play a small wav file if the user is using netscape, and then i will write some code to make the page redirect to the netscape page. :)
