play mp3 file from x-position

I have a web site and a large mp3 file on the server. The visitor play the Audio file when S/he click a link on the web site. I am searching for a possibility, without fragment the mp3 file physically play it from certain places. For example i create four hyperlinks on my web site and link them to the certain parts of the original file(part one is from x-position to y-pos. and so on.
I hope you understand me and give me a hint !
