Play Moh within a Hunt Group Que

I'm trying to find out how can I play my Moh to a hunt group que using an announcement board. I don't have vectoring enabled. Is there a way to do this? Thanks for all your help.

You can if you have a music source. You could try this

Second Announcement Extension: 53142 Delay (sec): 8 Recurring? y
Use your announcement extension here. It would be your MOH.

I tried that but when I dial the announcement ext I get a busy signal. Is there something I'm doing wrong.

I'm sorry, I tried as an analog station that is when I got a busy signal. Now it is being used as an aux-trunk;I'm able to dial ext; but I don't hear anything playing.

If I add this port into the Sys Param feat I'm able to hear music when I use hold using the same port.

I have to add that the Queue (Q) setting has to be a b for barge in. If not you get the busy. See mine below:

I will try that to see if it works...I noticed that you were able to use Aux-Trk-M....I'm not able to use that because I don't have vectoring turned on...Do you think that matters?

I tried to use just an analog port and it won't let me use barge with analog. any other suggestions...please help. thanks so much.

Thank you all for your help. Nothing seems to be working for me, I guess I need to call a vendor to see if we can have vectoring turned on for this switch...Does anyone have any idea on a price for that feature? We Have a G3R V8

It was about $10,000 to turn it on and another $1000.00 to program it when we turned it on. I think it would be a better idea to install a MOH system and then you will have music while your calls are on hold.

We Have MOH, but it won't play while people are in Que waiting for a rep to answer them. Thanks again for your help.

For giggles I just set up a hunt group, ucd-mia, and then created a new announcement, on a val board, recorded some hard rock, put the announcement in the first announcement field, then called the hunt group. It worked fine. However my sitch may be different that what you have going on there.
