I cannot get IMS to play an embedded wav through the phone. It does play through the speaker and the VM light on th ephone disappears once I access any new voicemail.
It used to work fine and I have changed nothing. I could try restarting the IMS(Voice) service but I am apprehensive that it will resend all users' voicemails to their emails (It has happened a couple of times before).
Anybody know what is the cause and what may be a possible solution? Please help.
