Play an IVR every 2 minutes

New in IPOCC, I need to have a message that play every 2 minutes to give the option to leave a message in a mailbox. Look like basic but at the exit of an IVR I have hard time to return at the begining of the sequence and all the actions (here is Wait Time Exceeded)set in the call before the IVR are not working anymore.

There is a simple way to accomplish that?

And there is good doc about scripting?

Yes, I've found a kind of workaround. First I have mix my MOH and my message (press 1 to leave a message) in one wav file using Audacity, the recording repeat the message every 2 minutes.
I have placed this message in an IVR where the caller can dial 1, instead of the task flow where the digit input is not possible. The caller can dial 1 anytime. So now the caller is waiting in an IVR.

Now my problem is: if the caller dial anything else than 1 I cannot find a way to just ignore the DTMF, I must do something with the call, acually its loop back the the IVR.
