Play an announcement after 3 rings

I'm using CM, SM, SMGR 7.1.3 version.
My customer required me create a new scenario for incomming call from isdn below:
- Create a new hunting-group include 4 extensions with type Circ
- Incoming call route to hunt-group then to extensions. If extensions busy, no answer after 3 ringing the call then route to VDN for play an announcement.

Please help me the way make it.

hunt group has a coverage path to a vdn to a vector, record an announcement in the vector then route where you want to or to a group mailbox.
