Play alternate greeting on info message 1

BCM 3.6 Call Pilot
Setup CCR Tree and have Information node.
Have recorded primary and alternate greeting.
But am not seeing option to play alternate greeting?
Went through old docs. Shows how to setup. How to record and import. But doesn't show how to toggle.
Shouldn't be that difficult.

What do you mean play them?

Alternate greetings is/are for your second language if you have bilingual setup.
So if you say in your main greeting "for French press 9" then everything heard will be in French which is your Alternate greetings.

Thanks Curly. I thought was similar to individual mailboxes where you could toggle between them.
So another question.They have a service and events information option 2 from CCR they wanted to be able to play primary message when nothing is scheduled imminently and then play alternate when have an upcoming event.
How would they play alternate greeting after pressing 2? Would they have to change the entire language by changing it in the Table setup to alternate language?

You need to get Alternate out of your head if you are not bilingual.
Not to be confused with Subscriber mailboxes Alternate which is for holidays etc.

Sounds like in this case it is best to use Information Mailbox instead of the Info one from CCR.
Under MBOX create an Information Mailbox instead of Subscriber i.e. MB #500
CCR Tree 1 Path 2 = LVMSG mailbox 500

You just log into mailbox 500 and you are presented with changing only the greeting.

Maybe post the greeting what they want (more details)
