Play all problem.

I've never had that option. Possibly because I prefer 'classic view'
However.
Right click some white space in the folder with nothing selected and then choose "Customise this folder"
With the 'customise' tab selected, change the drop down to be Music (best for ....)
Click OK
Then click 'Tools'>'Folder Options' and ensure 'Show common tasks' is selected.
You then get Play all in Music Tasks on the left.
