Play A Message (Terms&Conditions) While The Caller & The Agent Is On The Call. Possible?

Hi There,

I have an Avaya IPO500V2 and Voicemail pro running 9.1

i want to be able to play my Terms & Conditions while on the phone with the client so they can accept it.

the goal is not to have every agent memories and repeat the same paragraph over and over.

i want to know if there's an easy way for accomplishing that.

the only idea i have is to call a VM module and conference the user, once done hang up with the module.

the above won't be the easiest way to train many agents. is there a one button that will play a saved recording?

not as far as I know.
You can preamble it with the recording but not at the same time as the agent already talks to the caller.
