Plantronics LKA10 and IP Office

We are installing a new IP Office system (IP 412 v2.0, VM Pro) and need to do a cordless setup for a few users. We are trying the LKA10 that seems to work OK with the exception of placing calls. It is attached to a 6416D+M and can take calls perfectly, but can't place them. When you try the tone goes through, but the phone doesn't register it.

Plantronics says the IP Office needs a DTMF module to recoginze the tones. Is this true? If it is any part #s ans/or rought cost?
