Plantronics Headset & Avaya IPoffice video softphone

Hi,

We have a customer using Avaya Video softphone and the sales sell them some plantronics Savi 720.

The issue we have is thet it's not possible to answer a call using the answer button on the headset.

Does any one use a headset with the avaya video softphone and is able to answer a call from the headset button? If yes which headset ?

Does anyone use the savi with the avaya video softphone?

We have the same issue with avaya flare .

Any idea if we make a error on the headset set up ?

Some work some don't most of the brads have a compatibility list.
The Jabra GN9330e works for me.

Hi Baas,

Thx for the info.

We just get it works, we had to setup the pc sound device to the pc sound card not the headset as the driver set it during the install...

We will go to customer tommmorow, if it doesn't wor, will ask the sales to order jabra then .
