We have one of these CS50 headsets on our operator console used along with a plantronics lifter (L10 I think). The setup works OK but if the call needs to be transferred, the operator must walk back to the console. It would be much better if she could answer a call on the headset and then somehow retrieve the call on another phone in whatever area of the building she is in. I guess this headset cannot put a call on hold. Are there any other tricks out there that we might be able to try ?
