Plantronics CS50 Headset operation?

I have a magix system 2.0 with 4412D* phones. I recently installed 10 CS50 headsets with HL10 handset lifters. The problem i'm having is on DID calls they get no beep in ear but on intercom calls and V-Mail xfered calls they do get a beep in ear to let them know another call is comming in. I was told that I may need to change out the lifters for an HL1 type lifter instead of the HL10 type. Need some input on this problem. Thanks.

Plantronics and others sell a wireless headset that does not require a lifter when used with MAGIX 44XX Sets.

I would contact Plantronics directly and see what they say.
