Plantronics and 6424D+M

Have anyone had any compatibility problems with Plantronics S10 and the 6424D+M? We moved the Plantronics (and headsets) from our old phone system. We are getting more static and the volume control doesn't seem to work???

I don't bother to keep track of headset model numbers in my head, but most headset amplifiers have a door on the side you can open and find a mic tx gain pot and a 5-6 position switch. Try the different settings on the multi-position switch and see which one works best for you.
