I'm sure this isn't exactly the right forum. Please direct me.

We have a deparmental shedule of customer orders.
I need ideas how to make this schedule shared by all employees. Each order has several custom parameters.
Several ideas have come up:
--Public excel spreadsheet
--Access form (adp)
--Infopath on ISS
--outlook public folder (custom made form)
--asp

Any more ideas?

Thanks.

Excel is a great spreadsheet but not for event triggers (ie, logistics buy after order, JIT order after project initiation, etc)

Access (relational database) will allow specific manipulation customized for each department. A designer does not need to know about a sales forecast until it becomes firm.

Size of the project (~50 triggers) Access is ok. Anyting larger, you may want to consider Oracle.

ASP as client-centric web page is an interesting concept.
