I am the network administrator/manager for a school and in the past 4 weeks had 2 of the switches fail with the same fault, the internal power supply has failed on both. I am trying to find the voltages required for the main board inside the switch, as I can quite easily manufacture a new supply. I have e-mailed Planet in Taiwan but they are not willing to supply the info and the local suppliers say it would be cheaper to buy a new switch, but I disagree.

Any help would be appreciated I am thinking 5v and 12v to be the norm but may be wrong.
