Using Crystal Reports 8.5 and Oracle tables......

Most of the reports I do involves four numbers: Assignments Created, Assignments Completed, Assignments Pending and Assignment Average Turn-Around-Time. While I have produced many reports that report these numbers for a particular day or period of time (week, month, quarter, year, etc.), my next step is to capture the four stats for points along a time-line. For example, I would want to specify a particular year and capture the cummulative totals (created, completed, average TAT) and the end of month total pending for each month in that year and then, perhaps, create a line graph of the trends for the year.....

I guess I need to learn how to use CR arrays.......

Or, how about this tack.....

Is there a way to run a report for a time period and have CR save (append, actually) the calculated values to a separate table?

You can have a formual field that does several different tests. And then check its value in selection, provided it does not test more than one 'row'.
