how do I place a scanned logo into a Pagemaker page and have only the logo graphic show on the page and not the box around the logo with the dashed lines and handlebars. It probably has something to do with making the background transparent but I need step by step help in how to do this. thanks much

Frank - I'm not sure what's going on exactly. How are you saving the image after you scan it?

I understand from your posting that you wish to have a transparent background/surround to your image.

PageMaker unfortunately does not support transparency.

There is a work around, which requires you to save your image in *.TIF foramt and use Photoshop to create a clipping path.
