I have a FileMaker database with a lot of images and with the filepath for each of them. I am able to search this database to find the image(s) I need.
Now I would like somebody to tell me the easiest way to get the found image into Indesign on the Mac with CS 3. I could have the filepath on the clipping board with me !
Off course I could go through the Place Image dialog - but there must be an easier way !

Position your InDesign window so you can see the images folder behind it.

Then select all the images you which to place, then simaply drag the images onto the InDesign window.

This will load up your curser with all the images...

Then it's just a matter of clicking until you run out of images in the curser.

Of course, there would be a script out there which would import all your pics...

Just do a google search for InDesign Scripts
