Forgive me...I'm not a Cisco Phone user...we have Avaya. I have a former Cisco user stating he had a feature where he could start dialing numbers and a list would pop up showing previously dialed phone numbers - he could keep dialing until the one he wanted appeared - someone told me this could be done through Contacts on a Cisco phone? We are trying to figure out what he had as other users from the same office do not recall this feature. Any info will be helpful - thank you.
