I need to display a .tiff(s) on a form(s).
I need also to store the source in a table
i.e. "c:\somewhere\image.tif". So that a user
using a form can enter the name of the tiff and
the tiff would then be displayed on the screen.
Hope someone can help me with this problem

You can do this in one of two ways:
1) Create a table to store the image and a description, keyword, etc. (image is actually stored in the database file); or
2) Create a table to store an OLE Object, description, keyword, etc. (image ia actually stored elsewhere with pointer to it in database).
Also note that you ought to consider storing online images in a compressed format like JPEG or GIF 85a to save space. Zip, archive TIFF images to tape (don't throw them away).

Look at the Northwind sample project (that ships with Access) for examples of how to embed images into the database.
