Placing a Photoshop File into Dreamweaver MX

Well, is it just an image(s) in PS, or actually page(s) with HTML from ImageReady? If images, save as appropriate format (jpeg, gif, png) and import those images. If IR, export it, but make some slices to cut down sizes and put into the DW document.
Not quite sure exactly what you've got to start with to see where it will end.
