Placing a call on hold

Hi,

I'm running ICP 3300 7.1.4.9

I'm able to place calls on hold on 5212 sets (red button)
I'm not able to place calls on holds on SIEMENS mobile phone...

Rights are enables on COS, when I press FLASH button and FAC call on hold, it says "forbidden" !!
Call hold timer is ok

Thanks

Now, it's about French users too !!!
