PL/SQL in Crystal Reports Again

Approximately what percentage of PL/SQL in available in
Crystal Reports?

Does it have access to the same functionality in this regard
as Oracle Reports? Please clarify.

Please, don't open a new thread for the same question: you've been answered that it doesn't support client-side pl/sql at all.
