Hi,
This problem is driving me crazy. I created a new report names main.rpt and inserted a subreported say "ABC" in it.
I needed to create one more report with exactly same structure but with diff subreport having again same structure of "ABC". so i saved both main and sub .rpt seperately with main1.rpt and sub1.rpt names.
Now what is the problem????
Actually when i tried inserting new sub report i.e. sub1.rpt into main1.rpt. It is still showing the caption od subreport as the original one i.e. sub.rpt and not as sub1.rpt. May be the main.rpt is still referring to sub.rep.
I tried all solutions ( like removing completely the sub1.rpt from main1.rpt...verfying the database etc... but of no use)
IS there any way to completely remove the link of subreport so that it always reflects the name of current subreport..

Pl. respond as soon as possible

Thanx and Regards,
Shuchi

Are you in version 8/8.5? If so re-import the subreport links and see if that works. Just rt click the subreport object and select reimport subreport links.

Let me know if that does the trick
