PKT-BUS alarm

I have this alarm in my CM. I was planning on decomm'ng this PN any week now. Will I be able to remove the translations with this alarm present? And will it go away after I do it, if in fact it lets me?

Alarms shouldn't stop you from removing translations.

Do a list ips? Do you have a 1 under the P in C.P.E.G?

Do you have dual IPSIs in there?

IPSI's are all 0's there is an active and standby and both are 0's.
