Hello all,

I have a 5330 running two PKM48's. they work fine but on the second PKM there are about 10 buttons that dont light up when the station is in use or you press to dial. They are all programmed as DSS/BLF Keys.

they do light up during a reboot so i know the LEDs are good

so far I have:

Rebooted the phone
Unassigned the non working keys, did a save, then reassigned them
exported the keys and then imported the keys

When they are pressed the go to the correct extension but they just wont light up! Any Ideas?

System type and rev would be a good start.

Couple of thoughts:

The help files say:
To support a dual PKM, the phone must have an H2 hardware revision with main load of 9.4 and a boot load of 9.3 or later.

I might also try deleting some keys that are currently working to see if the others will start working. (Power issue?)

Are all the DSS stations on the same system? Programming is a bit different if the user is on another 3300 then the phone itself.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

yes. they are all on the same system.
