pixiels 1.0 or .9?

can anyone tell me what the best setting is for pixiel size when exporting an uncompressed avi timeline? Also what is the difference between the different settings? I assume it's a quality issue, but I really have no idea.

1.0 is a perfectly square pixel and the .9 is a rectangular pixel. so it depends on what kind of aspect ratio you would like.
