Greetings!
As a longtime Aloha support tech, I am stuck with PixelPoint problem.
I have a client who needs to pull some old data from old PixelPoint system, that is no longer running. I have their PIXELSQLBASE.db file (which I know for the fact is not SQL Anywhere 10 version) and can't really do anything with it.
My idea was to install PixelPoint from scratch using the CD that I found in the office. However, the CD is newer version, and installs SQL Anywhere 10.
Here's the question. Can I install PixelPoint server somehow that it will force upgrade of the database? Or can anyone give me the database password, so I can try it with rebuild.bat?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am stuck here in a dead end.
