pix515 blocking http connections

I have a pix515e version 6.3 (5) with 3 interface,inside,dmz and outside, suddenly users on both inside and outside where unable to http to servers on dmz, but when I disable the outside interface, then the inside users can http to the dmz servers. Hitcounts are not increasing, no rules have changed, no config has changed, backup config has been restored, the problem persists, please, any suggestions?

if nothing on the pix has changed is it static routes or dynamic? assuming static, has there been any server changes that would have altered there default routes? if the config says X and has always said X then it should function as it always has its might be a change outside of that device on a router or alike that has caused the servers to pick another route as more favorable, ie always trying to pick the wrong gateway. also do you have a backup to compare the original config with the current one to make sure nothing has been tweaked by mistake or intension.
