So I have one user whose connection via Cisco VPN client is extremely slow - Everyone else is running just fine - What are some ways I can try to pinpoint or assess what the cause of the problem might be.
obviously is at his end. Is he experiencing the same results if he uses another PC? How about testing with different connections (ie: DSL, Dialup, etc)? First you need to figure out if it's the user's machine or the network he resides in. Is the connection always slow or only when accessing some applications? Hope it helps!
