PIX to ASA site-to-site VPN, Comments? Suggestions? Is it possible?

We are needing to create a site-to-site VPN between our existing PIX 520 v6.3(3)(in failover mode) and a new ASA 5505.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible / what pitfalls to look for / suggestions / etc?

Obviously I am a newbie in the ASA universe and at VPN-ing in general actually. Fisher-Price explanations will be appreciated!

the ASA isnt all that different to the PIX. just get the timers and the encryption the same on both sides and you should be laughing!
