Pix Site to Site & remote user VPN

I have two sites Site A (HQ) has a 2Mb SDSL connection to the Internet, Site B also has a 2Mb connection to the internet. I have MS servers at both locations to which I need access to and from both sites. I want to be able to local internet access for each of the sites while establishing a secure tunnel from site A to B and Vice versa for access to the server resources. The main application is web based at HQ so I need to be able to defince ACL's to this effect. Site B has one static Address site Site A has 6 Static Ip's

Site A 10.0.0.x/24
Web server 10.0.0.4

I have the configs available, problem seems to be extremly poor performance across the VPN
