pix pdm upgrade timeout

i have upgraded my pix506e to the latest flash image, which is pix633.bin, however i cannot get my pix to take the newer pdm file. It keeps timing out and i have tried several tftp servers. Is there a setting on the pix somewhere for extending the timeout?? I am confused, any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Make sure you are using the right command:
copy tftp flashdm

Also make sure the file is not corrupted. Download again if needed.

I have upgraded to 6.3(3) several times and when I upgrade the PDM it gives me the same problem most of the time, but if I restart the tftp server and upgrade it again immediately it works fine. By the way I use Tftpd32 as my tftp server. I am suspecting there is a bug in the code.

thanks, when i downloaded that version you are talking about it worked, really strange since i have never experienced any problems like that before. I am up and running.
