Does anyone know if Cisco is going to relent on the intention of dropping token ring support on the PIX IOS? Recently I went to the software download site and there is a warning that, as of 6.0.x, token ring and FDDI interfaces are no longer supported. I called Cisco, but all they seem to be able to reply is, "oh, well, we don't like it either"! It's a bad day when a vendor who has outwardly committed to supporting the corporate enterprise suddenly decides that the customer has to change their topology because of as yet undisclosed reasons...-(8(
