PIX Firewall Vlan Setup

I got a pix firewall with this config for an interface

interface ethernet 1.1
vlan 2
nameif vlan2
security 65
ip address 192.168.20.1

on the outside interface i got this accesslist
access-list allowin permit icmp any any

on the subinterface interface i got this accesslist
access-list vlanin permit icmp any any

apply the access-list to both interfaces

static (vlan2,outside) 10.10.10.10 192.168.20.4 0 0

when i try to ping 10.10.10.10 it does not ping 192.168.20.4
any ideas?
