Pix and vpn client with MS W2K Certificate server

I am attempting to setup remote access to Pix525 using vpn3000 client. I have enrolled the PIX with my CA (W2K certificate server). I notice when I enroll or authenticate the CA, the fingerprint comes back blank. When I attempt to connect, it fails. The client log says that the peers certificate signature does not match phase 1 ID.
Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?
