PIX 520 Password Protected

I bought a used 520 & it is password protected. Is there a standard procedure to break the password to enable me to upgrade the IOS? Thanks

So the procedure involves booting the PIX with a special disk (for 520s) or issuing a break at the console. I(n eitehr case the old password is not revealed. You just get a PIX with no password.
