I am able to get into the PIX and have the enable password.

How do I change the telnet password and what hosts can access via telnet?

Also,

How do I change the web admin password? What is the admin username for the web client anyhow?

You can change the telnet password wit the passwd command which will also change your PDM password.

You can limit telnet access by using the telnet command

telnet 192.168.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.255 inside

Only 192.168.1.1 can telnet to the pix on the inside interface.

The web admin password can be the same as your enable password (you don't specify a username just the password). Alternatively you can create local usernames on the PIX and create admin/non-admin users there if you prefer some kind of accountability.
