I have a 515E that I am trying to get configured for VPN using the Cisco VPN client. Currently PPTP works correctly, but I am unable to get the Cisco client to even connect. No matter what I change (I have been using the PDM for the most part) I get the same message in the log file on the client PC "GI VPNStartcallback failed". I have it set up to authenticate throught the RADIUS server (the same one that PPTP works through), but I have tried it with individual user set up as well. I believe it has to be either an access list or encryption issue.
All of the IKE and IPSEC rules have bee set to use DES & MD5 (except for the system defaults that I could not change). Does anyone have an idea where I can start on this? I don't have the experience that I need to dive into the encryption unabated.
Thanks in advance - Guy
