We have a cisco pix 515 for internet and vpn connection with our branch office. When we have a lot of internet traffic we get time-outs on our vpn connection with our branch office. Our branch office has a cisco 836. How can we set priority in the pix and the 836, so the vpn connection doesn't get time outs anymore?

Thanks,

Kees.

The pix has no prioritization af any kind, you need a router on your main location or maybe a proxy server to control the bandwidth. It will be of no use to do this at the remote site, since the traffic jam is at your central site.
