I have a single PIX 515 running 6.3(5) integrated with a single Websense server (Windows 2003) running 6.3.1. I have been getting complaints of slow or no Internet response and I have been seeing a lot of error messages in my PIX logs show that our Websense server is often not responding. The messages read "304003: URL Server 10.1.0.120 timed out URL" and "304006: URL Server 10.1.0.120 not responding".
Also, when I attach to the console port of my PIX using HyperTerminal I often get the message "Websense Packet Error" among other messages.
I took at look at the perfmon numbers but I don't know what is normal or acceptable, so I am looking for feedback on this output.
