Sunyasee

Sunyasee..thank you so much for correcting that error I had...still a problem receiving mail which I think may now have to do with my mx record but Im not sure...this is the error i receive when trying to send mail from a yahoo or aol account

209.235.240.9 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
Giving up on 209.235.240.9.

Just to provide more info...I am moving off a novell groupwise server to exchange...when mail is sent to the groupwise internet agent server incoming mail works fine, when i shut down that server and power up the exchange box I get the message listed above.

Here is what I have in my win 2k dns:

mail A x.x.x.67
marinoware.com MX mail.marinoware.com

The following is my px config after I made the change you suggested:

Your smtp port seems to be fine, and an MX record nslookup works as well. It seems the problems are related to routing messages on your mail server.
