Hello people,

I have a dilemma which I beleive is solved by 6.2 vpnclient command on the PIX. I have two pixes currently both running 6.1(3) . I need them to tunnel, but I can't specify a crypto map peer on one since the other PIX is attahced to a cable modem which assigns the pix outside interface IP via DHCP. Sooo, if anyone has played with this, or can shed some light on the subject, please do!

Ok, fixed it. I ended up using 6.1(3) on the office PIX and the remote pix I upgraded to 6.2 and used dhcp on the outside and used the vpnclient command to setup a group 2 style negotiation and an open peering arrangement. I could not get it to work without upgrading to 6.2 on thedhcp assigned PIX since only in 6.2 did cisco implement the easyvpn client feature.
