During the past couple of weeks my PIX 501's DHCP server function has ceased to assign an IP to my wireless laptop (connecting to the home network via a Linksys WAP54G WAP) yet still it assigns IPs normally to all of the other devices connecting wirelessly to the network. Thinking something may have gone wrong with the laptop, I found that it works perfectly well with other WAPs in other locations and works fine at home if I manually assign the wireless a static address.
Might anyone have any idea why I'm experiencing this behavior...I've pretty much exhausted my ability to resolve the problem i.e., everything appears to work properly except for the case where the PIX should be assigning an IP to the laptop?
